【Purpose】
The purpose is to provide grants to organizations and individuals who require funding to continue their activities that align with the spirit of the SDGs adopted by the United Nations and contribute to solving and improving social issues in Japan, and to encourage their existence and activities, expand networks, and promote the realization of a sustainable society.

【Applicant Eligibility】
NPOs, corporations, educational institutions, voluntary organizations, and individuals in Japan who are working on activities that contribute to achieving the goals set forth in the SDGs and to solving and improving social issues in Japan in order to realize a "sustainable society."
However, the following conditions must be met.
A. The applicant must be a corporation registered in Japan, or an individual who has been a resident in Japan for 3 years or more (18 years or older at the time of application).
*If the applicant is under 18 years old, please have an adult 18 years or older apply, clearly stating their relationship to the applicant (and inform the applicant that they are applying).
B. The activity must have been conducted within the last year, the base of operations must be in Japan, and the activity must contribute to solving and improving social issues in Japan.

【Prize Money】 ¥1 million to ¥30 million per department (planned)
Awardees will be decided by the Foundation's Board of Directors after selection by experts and specialists (there may be no eligible recipients). The number of awards and prize money to date are as follows:

1st Round (Announced October 2022) = 34 cases ・ Total ¥130 million
2nd Round (Announced March 2023) = 42 cases ・ Total ¥150 million
3rd Round (Announced September 2023) = 30 cases ・ Total ¥121 million
4th Round (Announced March 2024) = 36 cases (including special awards) ・ Total ¥101 million
5th Round (Announced September 2024) = 30 cases ・ Total ¥120 million
6th Round (Announced March 2025) = 27 cases ・ Total ¥70 million
7th Round (Announced March 2026) = 40 cases (including special encouragement awards and encouragement awards) ・ Total ¥139 million
