Az Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takeshi Uemura) opened "Az Heim Chofu," a nursing care home (paid nursing home with care services) and the 34th facility in the Az Heim series, in Chofu City, Tokyo, on May 1st, 2026 (Thursday). This home is conveniently located a 6-minute walk (approx. 480m) from Kokuryo Station on the Keio Line and offers smooth bus access to Komae Station on the Odakyu Line. It is situated in an easily accessible location from Chofu City and the surrounding areas.

The home's courtyard and rooftop garden are adorned with green trees and flowers, providing a space where residents can enjoy walking exercises and strolls while basking in the sunlight. Furthermore, next to the first-floor dining area, there is a spacious terrace suitable for group exercises, recreation, and various other activities, allowing residents to feel the sun's rays throughout the facility.
