本次計畫的支援內容涵蓋了從地區資源的打磨，到事前調查、數據分析、商品設計、實證測試、廣域連携，以及網站和社群媒體推廣等一貫流程。
此計畫旨在作為一個典範案例，推動從過路型觀光轉型為停留型觀光。
轉型為「廣域周遊型」觀光
本事業利用 E-bike（電動輔助自行車），設計了能夠連接以往難以抵達的鄉村地區、林道及村落之間的廣域周遊路線。
為了促進前往過去難以到達的秘境及當地店家，我們透過製作地圖和社群媒體推廣等方式，提升了曝光度。
此外，我們還企劃了名為「道祖神雕刻」的木工體驗，讓旅客在停留期間能夠參與。在試營運旅遊中，我們邀請了木雕講師（國村 周平）進行了體驗活動。
製作完成的道祖神像，未來也可以捐贈展示，作為長距離步道的標誌。
道祖神雕刻的樂趣不僅在於體驗本身，更在於參與者的作品能成為觀光路線風景的一部分。
