Since its first event in 2020, Artpara Fukagawa has welcomed a total of 646,000 visitors (according to our organization's research) and is entering its 7th year. It is a citizens' art festival that aims for a society where people 'live together' by allowing visitors to encounter colorful art created by people with disabilities while strolling through the city, fostering interest in the artists' backgrounds, connecting people, and understanding each other through conversation.
