ISMS認證取得的背景
本公司除了提供以Microsoft雲端為中心的企業級雲端服務外，也向全國各地方政府及巴士營運商提供包括巴士定位系統「Bus Yohou」在內的公共交通DX解決方案。這些服務包含上下車數據、營運資訊及客戶業務數據等重要資訊，本公司深知確保資訊安全是我們對客戶及使用者的根本責任。
基於此認知，本公司推動全公司建置ISMS，並於近日取得ISO/IEC 27001:2022 + Amd 1:2024認證。未來，我們將持續透過不斷改善，努力維持並提升資訊安全等級，致力於提供讓客戶安心使用的服務。
何謂ISMS？
ISMS是資訊安全管理系統（Information Security Management System）的縮寫，是組織管理資訊安全的機制。本次取得的「ISO/IEC 27001」是ISMS的國際標準，其制定了確保及維持資訊安全三大要素（機密性、完整性、可用性）的框架。
在ISMS認證過程中，獨立的第三方ISMS認證機構會從公正的角度評估組織的安全對策及管理狀況。ISMS認證證明了該組織已建立符合「ISO/IEC 27001」的適當安全管理體系。
關於取得ISMS認證所使用的SaaS服務「SecureNavi」
