artience Co., Ltd. (President and CEO Satoru Takashima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) reached an agreement with the artience Labor Union in the 2026 spring labor-management negotiations to implement a uniform wage improvement of 15,000 yen per union member and a total wage increase of 20,269 yen, including wage revisions, starting with the April 2026 payroll. Along with this, the initial salary will also be uniformly increased by 15,000 yen.
This marks the fourth consecutive year of wage improvement since 2023, bringing the cumulative wage improvement over four years to 53,699 yen. In addition, comprehensive treatment revisions, including welfare benefits and educational training, will be implemented to maximize human capital.
