Starting with the April 2026 payment, there will be a uniform wage improvement of 15,000 yen per union member, with a total wage increase, including wage revisions, of 20,269 yen. Consequently, starting salaries will also be increased by 15,000 yen. This marks the fourth consecutive year of wage improvements since 2023, totaling 53,699 yen over four years.
