artience Implements Wage Increases for 4 Consecutive Years, Aiming to Maximize Human Capital Through Comprehensive Treatment Reforms

artience Co., Ltd. (President: Satoru Takashima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) has reached an agreement with the artience Labor Union for the 2026 spring labor-management negotiations. Starting with the April 2026 payment, there will be a uniform wage improvement of 15,000 yen per union member, with a total wage increase, including wage revisions, of 20,269 yen. Consequently, starting salaries will also be increased by 15,000 yen. This marks the fourth consecutive year of wage improvements since 2023, totaling 53,699 yen over four years. In addition, the company will implement comprehensive treatment reforms, including benefits and training, to maximize human capital. The artience Group upholds 'Management Respecting Humanity' in its Corporate Philosophy and positions human capital as one of its most important assets. As part of our human capital strategy under the mid-term management plan 'artience2027', we have already launched the new personnel system 'HR canvas', the new training system 'artience growth field', and measures to improve employee engagement. To maximize human capital through innovation and productivity improvement, we are implementing comprehensive treatment reforms alongside wage increases. These include expanding the 'Be Select' cafeteria plan, reviewing allowances, promoting recurrent education through the 'growth+' program, and establishing an external harassment consultation desk. Benefits will apply from July 1, 2026, and others from April 1, 2026.
