Art Aquarium Museum GINZA (Location: Ginza Mitsukoshi) will open its early summer exhibition, 'Wisteria and Hydrangeas: Early Summer Goldfish 2026 - A Relaxing Moment in Ginza', starting Friday, April 24. Under the theme of 'Wisteria and Hydrangeas,' which symbolize early summer in Japan, we deliver an 'early summer art aquarium experience' that dyes the space lined with goldfish swimming tanks in blue and purple. In this season of frequent rain, this exhibition allows you to enjoy the seasonal traditions and goldfish art together without worrying about the weather. Please enjoy the elegant worldview unique to Art Aquarium, fusing with the healing presence of goldfish. ## Experience a fantastic world with blooming vibrant hydrangeas using all five senses! This year, a 'Hydrangea' area produced by Hibiya Kadan, a professional in flowers and greenery, makes its debut. Colorful hydrangeas bloom in the 'Goldfish Corridor,' where the space of lined-up tanks expands infinitely through parallel mirrors. The lighting, reminiscent of early summer, changes the space into various colors, and goldfish dance elegantly within it. An early summer exhibition at the Art Aquarium Museum where you can feel the arrival of early summer with all five senses. We look forward to your visit. ## Production Collaboration Goldfish Corridor A 'Hydrangea' space in collaboration with flower and greenery professionals, Hibiya Kadan, has arrived! The Goldfish Corridor area is covered in hydrangeas. Enjoy the hydrangeas transforming into various scenes under vibrant lighting. We have decorated the Goldfish Corridor with various pastel-colored hydrangeas. The aqua-blue light peeking through the flowers represents the refreshing breeze of early summer and the sparkling water surface. The tanks lined up in this work area are decorated with flowers that color the early summer season, creating a gorgeous space. ## About Art Aquarium An immersive entertainment art that stages goldfish swimming tank works with light, scent, and sound. In 'Art Aquarium,' a unique world where Japanese tradition and cutting-edge art fuse, the culture of goldfish appreciation that has continued since the Edo period is expressed in modern times as works of art. A fantastic space unfolds, created by the structural beauty of the tank works, spatial staging, and about 3,000 goldfish of around 70 species with various beauties. It is an entertainment-type museum that boasts a cumulative attendance of 13 million people (as of October 2025) since 2007.
