We received feedback from teachers handling 'Puberty and Health' in high school physical education, such as 'I want to convey that there is no 'normal' and that body shapes will change from now on,' and 'I think it's good to let them know that other people (companies) are also thinking about the importance of taking care of their own bodies.'
In addition to these sentiments from the educational frontlines, we began creating these materials in response to the current situation where many high school students have physical concerns but are unable to consult anyone about them.
This material is structured to help students understand the characteristics of high school students' physical and mental changes and learn specifically about self-care. Also, by engaging in exercises using SNS advertisements as examples, students will cultivate the literacy to distinguish correct information from a flood of data.
