By adopting an "operator function" that allows the contractor to access only the necessary information while protecting the important data held by the local government, a new management system has been realized where the government and private sector can smoothly cooperate using a single system.

1. Collaborative Operation with Confidentiality Ensured with Contracting Businesses

For facilities managed by contractors, contractors utilize special permissions to view and operate only "reservation information and messages from users that they are responsible for." This ensures that user attribute information and survey results unrelated to this project, managed under the city's account, cannot be viewed by contractors, thereby enabling operations with ensured confidentiality.

2. Reduction of Workload Through Instant Notifications and Reservation Calendar

When a reservation request is received, instant notifications can be sent to city staff and the facility staff of the outsourcing partner. This eliminates the need for traditional phone calls to check availability or forwarding communications from the city to the outsourcing partner, as these tasks are completed within LINE. This significantly reduces the workload for both parties and enables quick responses to users.

3. Centralized Information Management While Building Continuous Contact with Prospective Residents via LINE

By connecting via LINE through reservations for this project, the city's appeal can be continuously delivered directly to prospective residents during and after their trial experience. Users can not only make facility reservations but also consult and gather information about relocation through the familiar LINE platform, functioning as a platform that not only improves the convenience of reservations but also enhances the quality of relocation considerations.
