Advantage Risk Management Inc. will host a webinar titled "Management Power Harassment Behavior Improvement (EQ) Trial Session" on Thursday, July 16, 2026, for professionals in human resources, talent development, and training.

This seminar focuses on the unconscious power harassment risks of managers and offers an experiential introduction to improving behavior using EQ (Emotional Quotient/Emotional Management). Participants will learn to identify common workplace communication issues and implement practical solutions.

*Note: Since this session is designed for HR professionals to experience management training firsthand, participation by managers themselves is discouraged.

In recent years, due to growing awareness of harassment and stricter legal regulations, companies are increasingly required to practice "appropriate management." While many firms implement training, issues persist, such as: guidance being perceived as harassment, managers being unaware of risky behavior, and training failing to produce behavioral changes. In particular, a reactive approach—waiting for a problem to occur—can lead to sudden organizational risks. Therefore, it is now crucial to rethink how managers handle daily interactions.
