Advantage Risk Management Inc. will host a webinar titled "Management Power Harassment Behavior Improvement (EQ) Trial Session" on Thursday, July 16, 2026, for professionals in human resources, talent development, and training.

This seminar focuses on the unconscious power harassment risks of managers and offers an experiential introduction to improving behavior using EQ (Emotional Quotient/Emotional Management). Participants will learn to identify common workplace communication issues and implement practical solutions.

*Note: Since this session is designed for HR professionals to experience management training firsthand, participation by managers themselves is discouraged.

In recent years, due to growing awareness of harassment and stricter legal regulations, companies are increasingly required to practice "appropriate management." While many firms implement training, issues persist, such as: guidance being perceived as harassment, managers being unaware of risky behavior, and training failing to produce behavioral changes. In particular, a reactive approach—waiting for a problem to occur—can lead to sudden organizational risks. Therefore, it is now crucial to rethink how managers handle daily interactions.

Against this backdrop, the approach to EQ (emotional management), which helps managers go beyond mere knowledge acquisition to notice their own communication habits and how they handle emotions, is garnering attention as a method that leads to concrete behavioral changes.

Our company provides "Power Harassment Behavior Improvement (EQ) Training," which supports prevention and behavioral improvement based on EQ. While receiving favorable reviews, some have noted that "visualizing behavior is difficult, and it is hard to imagine improvements." Therefore, we have prepared a venue where you can experience a part of this training and its actual flow.

By taking the course while putting yourself in the position of a manager, HR professionals can understand how participants realize the communication gaps and unconscious risks that occur on-site. Furthermore, you can take the EQ assessment, usually a paid service, for free this time. As one of the measures to take "before a problem occurs," please take this opportunity to experience our EQ training.

*Group work in small sessions will be conducted, similar to our regular training. Please join from an environment where your camera can be on and you can use your microphone to speak.
