The increase in employees taking leave due to mental health issues and the subsequent risk of recurring leave have become significant challenges for both the individuals and their employers. It is not uncommon for employees to recover their ability to perform tasks and successfully return to the workplace, only to fall ill again within a few months and require another leave of absence.

To minimize the risk of recurring leave and provide effective services for returning to work, our company has launched "eRework," an online corporate rework program based on cognitive behavioral therapy, and opened "Advantage Rework & Job Center," an in-person facility for individual employees. Stable employment after returning to work is a goal shared by both the individual and the company.

We have decided to offer "Return-to-Work Support Counseling" as a standalone service to enable continuous follow-up not only during the preparation period before returning to work but also after the return. To make it easier for a wide range of clients to adopt this service according to their needs, contracts can be made for as few as one employee.

In this service, professional counselors provide advice on improving daily rhythms and stress management techniques to support a smooth return to the workplace and stable, continued employment. Companies that have already introduced this service have praised it for "providing support that focuses on the individual's specific challenges (such as their perception and behavioral habits)" and "the ability to receive support from counselors with knowledge and skills in mental health and stress." It is being utilized as a solution for handling situations that are difficult to manage with internal resources and for supporting future employee well-being.

We have also newly established a "Post-Return Follow-up" plan, a menu designed for rework users that can be utilized for six months following their return to the workplace.

2. Employment retention support Qualified mental health professionals provide support to solidify coping behaviors for recurrence prevention while monitoring the individual's physical condition and changes in work load after returning to work.

3. Coordination with corporate HR departments We have established a system to share regular reports with HR departments so they can confirm progress.

Attendance is possible from a minimum of 3 weeks.
