Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to express dreams. This press release is the dream of "Arianetech Japan Co., Ltd."

Arianetech Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo) aims to build a next-generation agricultural model that balances productivity and sustainability, contributing to the widespread adoption of plant factory-produced vegetables and, ultimately, stable food supply by reducing the operating costs of plant factories.

## Introduction to Our Group: Our Journey in Singapore

Arianetech Pte. Ltd., our parent company, was established in Singapore in 2001 as an electronics manufacturer. From 2013, it shifted its strategic focus to agricultural technology, innovating urban food production by leveraging its accumulated advanced technical capabilities. In 2015, it received an order from Panasonic for Singapore's first hydroponic artificial light plant factory and installed the equipment, which became a significant turning point in establishing a solid position in the agritech field.

## The Background of Our Dream

Japan has long focused on advanced agricultural technologies, and the development of artificial light plant factories has progressed rapidly since early stages. Plant factory-produced vegetables, which are stable in quality, clean, and pesticide-free, are highly regarded by Japanese consumers, and demand is gradually increasing.

However, through deep interactions with Japanese plant factory operators, our company witnessed many operators facing problems with high operating costs, such as expensive electricity bills and excessive labor costs, making it difficult to maintain independent management.

To solve this situation, Arianetech Japan Co., Ltd. was established in 2020, and its business activities in Japan were fully launched in 2025 after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

## The Realization of Our Dream is Near

Our latest LED lighting has already made it possible to reduce electricity consumption for lighting per 1kg of lettuce to 3kWh (nearly half of conventional levels), and we have received high praise for cost reduction through energy saving.
