2. About Japanese Student (Domestic Trainee) Recruitment
The Asian Rural Institute is recruiting Japanese students to participate in a 9-month residential program alongside international students. (Approximately 1 year, including the 50-day overseas internship period of the Asia Internship Program after graduation).
Learn from the "soil" and build through "dialogue." Beyond classroom lectures, we re-examine what true leadership means through farm work and communal living.
About Japanese Student Recruitment
Training period: Approximately 1 year from April 1, 2026, including the overseas training period.
Main curriculum: Organic farming, livestock raising, community development, servant leadership, sustainable energy, etc.
Eligibility: Individuals who are physically and mentally healthy and motivated for communal living. Those who wish to challenge themselves with English communication (motivation is prioritized over current language proficiency during selection).
