Future Recruitment Plans
ArcLand Service will host small-group or individual company information sessions for applicants. Sessions and interviews will be conducted online or in person based on applicant preference. Recruitment exams will proceed sequentially, with an offer ceremony scheduled for October. For the 2027 fiscal year, we plan to hire 30 new graduates, and over 180 employees including mid-career hires—marking our largest hiring plan to date. We intend to continue graduate recruitment beyond 2028, continuously creating opportunities for young talent to thrive.
