About Karayama – The Karaage Rice Bowl Specialty Chain
The "Ika no Shio-kara" (salted squid innards), served free with set meals and praised for its perfect pairing with rice, is truly one-of-a-kind!
"Karayama" was born from the legendary karaage brand "Karaage En-YUKARI-", which opened its Asakusa flagship store in May 2010. Using a secret marinade known only to a select few – one that draws out the natural flavor of chicken without garlic or ginger – they perfected the "Crispy Thigh".
