The melting salmon and tuna are mixed with a special sauce of gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, creating a flavorful yukke style. This "Salmon Tuna Yukke Tororo Soba" combines the salmon and tuna yukke with Tokyo Tororo Soba's special dashi tororo.
The fluffy tororo and smooth soba noodles combine to create a light yet satisfying bowl. It's a "slightly special" tororo soba, harmonized in both appearance and taste.
A mini salmon tuna yukke donburi will also be available, which can be paired with other soba dishes.
