A New Spring Proposal: "Seafood Tarako Cream Spaghetti."

This limited-time spaghetti luxuriously uses seafood such as mussels, shrimp, clams, and squid. The rich tarako cream sauce is combined with a dish where the umami of each seafood melts together. The popping texture of flying fish roe adds an accent, making it enjoyable until the last bite. It is a spring-limited celebratory pasta that spreads the aroma of the sea and the rich taste of tarako.

Our new early summer dessert is "Melon and Yuzu An Panna Cotta"! Melon-flavored panna cotta is placed on yuzu an (yuzu bean paste). The surface is a three-layered sauce with yuzu pulp, and it's garnished with melon chunks, making it visually cute and a sweet-and-sour panna cotta perfect for early summer.

Warabi mochi drink that can be ordered in-store or taken out.

Soy milk latte with plenty of melon chunks. When you drink it with melon-flavored warabi mochi, the flavor of melon fills your mouth. Yuzu jam is mixed in as a secret ingredient, preventing it from being too sweet and allowing you to enjoy it deliciously until the end.
