Achieving up to -23°C cooling: Peltier-equipped air-conditioned wear now on sale

Arclands Corporation (President: Yoshifumi Sato, Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture), which operates the 'Musashi' and 'Vivahome' home centers, has further evolved its 2025 'Ice Triangle' air-conditioned clothing series. For the 2026 model, the company has released a new 'Peltier type' equipped with a Peltier device that cools instantly at the flip of a switch.

With record-breaking heat becoming the norm in recent years, the government has strengthened heatstroke prevention measures in the workplace, and demand for air-conditioned clothing is rising rapidly.

Combined with this growing demand, early expansion of sales floors, and the enrichment of high-functional lineups, the company's sales of air-conditioned clothing this season are trending at more than double the previous year.

Furthermore, while maintaining features popular in last year's models, such as the 'Ice Triangle' which cools the neck and both underarms simultaneously with ice packs, and the ultra-large 75L airflow fan, the new model has evolved into an even more comfortable cooling experience.
