DUAL HOME (operated by Architec Planning Co., Ltd.; Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido), a custom home brand originating from Hokkaido that operates in over 14 prefectures across the Kanto, Kansai, and Tohoku regions with a theme of "Design x Performance," will open its new flagship "Ochiai Model House" in Ochiai-cho, Yamagata City, in late April 2026.
