札幌狸小路五丁目長年深受喜愛的電影院即將閉館，建築物所有者「谷井株式會社」與預計於2026年夏季在同址開設LIVE HOUSE / CLUB「SYNC north」的「ARC株式會社」將聯合舉辦特別活動，將電影院實際使用的座椅贈送給市民。

此地點於1925年開業，是札幌第一家電影院「三友館」。1981年進行重建，成為擁有「東寶廣場」、「廣場2」兩個銀幕的體制。之後於2020年成為擁有4個影廳的電影院。

座椅方面，2006年東寶廣場更換的座椅用於影廳1和影廳4，2020年遷入的電影院更換的座椅用於影廳2和影廳3。

本次活動的目的是，不將支撐札幌文化多年的電影院座椅廢棄，而是作為札幌街區的記憶，透過傳承給市民的生活中，將其延續至未來。

關於SYNC north

預計於2026年夏季在狸小路五丁目電影院舊址誕生，將是北海道規模最大的LIVE HOUSE / CLUB。

總樓地板面積1,500平方公尺。白天為兩層樓獨立運營的Live House，夜晚則變身為設有BAR Lounge的三層樓最新夜店。是國內少見、能根據時段展現截然不同風貌的混合型娛樂空間。

將長年作為電影院使用的大空間進行翻新的概念是「秘密基地」。

內裝設計採用新復古且粗獷的風格，帶有主題公園般的工業感，並搭載最先進的燈光與影像系統，打造出如同誤闖異次元般的立體非日常空間。
