Araya Releases "Araya OptiNiSt," a No-Code Cloud Analysis Platform for Neuroimaging Analysis

Araya Inc. has officially launched "Araya OptiNiSt," a no-code cloud service that allows users to intuitively execute scientific data analysis on a browser without programming or environment setup. This platform is a cloud-native extension of the open-source software "OptiNiSt," jointly developed by Araya and the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST). It integrates major analysis libraries like Suite2p and CaImAn within a code-free GUI, enabling truly comparable science between labs by allowing the analysis workflows themselves to be published and shared. This addresses the "reproducibility crisis," a major challenge in life sciences where varying analysis procedures hinder the comparison of research results.
