Popular Event 'Odekake Kozame × Aquaworld Oarai' Now in Full Swing: Kozame-chan Visits Aquaworld Oarai!

Aquaworld Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium (Aquaworld Oarai), known for having the highest number of shark species in Japan (*), is running various initiatives under the tagline "Let's Go, New Ocean!" to showcase a new side of the aquarium to visitors. Starting May 14 (Thu), the event "Odekake Kozame × Aquaworld Oarai" will feature a special greeting session with Kozame-chan.

Kozame-chan Comes to Aquaworld Oarai! Kozame-chan Greeting Event

As part of the "Odekake Kozame × Aquaworld Oarai" event, a commemorative photo session with Kozame-chan (ticket required) will be held on July 11 (Sat). This is a special event guaranteed to create joyful memories.

Event Date: July 11, 2026 (Sat)

Time: ① 11:00–11:20　② 12:00–12:20　③ 14:00–14:20　④ 15:00–15:20

Capacity: 30 groups per session

Location: 3rd Floor, Shark Daddies Room

Tickets will be distributed from 9:00 AM on the day at the 3rd Floor Shark Daddies Room.

Please obtain your preferred time slot ticket and proceed to the venue.

The "Odekake Kozame × Aquaworld Oarai" event is currently ongoing until July 13 (Mon). As a new program, an exclusive original video titled "Learning About Sharks with Kozame-chan!" will be screened from June 18 (Thu). This fun educational video allows visitors to learn about sharks together with Kozame-chan—don't miss it alongside the stamp rally.
