AQUARIUM×ART átoa (Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Director: Hiromi Nakayama, hereinafter átoa), in collaboration with the Kobe Maritime Museum (located in Chuo-ku, Kobe City), will begin selling a web-exclusive "Joint Ticket" that allows visitors to enjoy both facilities at a discount, starting from Friday, May 8, 2026.

The Kobe Maritime Museum, a symbol of Meriken Park where visitors can learn about Kobe's sea, ships, and history, and átoa, an aquarium that fuses art and living creatures, are both iconic facilities in the Kobe waterfront area. This project was planned to make it easier and more affordable for visitors to explore the area.

It's about a 15-minute walk along the seaside promenade from átoa. It's recommended as a walking course where you can feel the sea breeze while gazing at the Kobe Port Tower. Alternatively, if you use the Port Loop (articulated bus), you can board at the "Shinkocho" stop and get off immediately at the "Kamomeria" or "Meriken Park" stops. Even on rainy or hot days, you can move smoothly in the comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. You can also efficiently tour the entire NEW SEAPORT area, where átoa is located, from Meriken Park.
