Full Balance has established an "EC Concierge" model that provides integrated support from EC site design and production to operation, marketing, and sales expansion. With the acquisition of Full Balance as a wholly owned subsidiary, Appirits will launch a new "EC Concierge Team" that will immediately provide optimal functions for the Oshi-katsu and brand EC domains.

In the rapidly expanding EC commerce market, the fusion of Full Balance's advanced expertise as Shopify's top partner with Appirits' "Oshi Culture & Game Business" will create powerful synergy in the field of EC support for highly passionate fan communities.

Regarding the Launch of the "EC Concierge Team"

Under its medium-term vision "Appirits VISION2030," Appirits is promoting a shift from the traditional "Delivery" model, which focuses on commissioned development, to a "Discovery" model that co-creates business growth with clients.

With this full acquisition, we are launching the "EC Concierge Team" specializing in the Oshi-katsu and brand EC domains.
