Delivery-Exclusive Noodles from Popular Ramen Shops "Ganja Seimenjo" and "Tsukemen Takemoto" Now Available

(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Atsuo Shinda), which operates the delivery app "menu," has announced that two popular ramen shops, "Ganja Seimenjo" and "Tsukemen Takemoto," have newly joined the 11th installment of the "Deli-Men Project" and will begin offering delivery-exclusive noodles.

As a joint project with "Ramen Walker," one of Japan's largest ramen information media, menu launched the "Deli-Men Project" in April 2025 to expand new ways to enjoy and choices for delivery ramen, aiming to popularize "Deli-Men" as a new ramen culture following cup noodles and chilled noodles.

For this 11th installment, the long-queue shops "Ganja Seimenjo" and "Tsukemen Takemoto," which are also highly popular at ramen festivals, are now available for ordering on menu. Each shop has developed delivery-exclusive noodles designed to be enjoyed deliciously at home, with the theme of "enjoyable 30 minutes later," taking into account the time lag characteristic of delivery from ordering to arrival. Please enjoy a ramen experience that is slightly different from eating at the shop.

Ganja Seimenjo

Starting in 2000 from a small 5-tsubo, 7-seat shop in Kawagoe, Saitama, "Ganja" is a pioneer of the rich tsukemen boom. It became a long-queue shop within just six months of opening and continues to captivate many fans. Its charm lies in a rich yet clean aftertaste soup made by combining animal-based broth (pork bone and chicken carcass simmered for over 10 hours) with seafood-based ingredients like bonito, mackerel, and dried sardines. The homemade extra-thick noodles, packed with the owner's passion born in a noodle factory, boast a chewy texture and firm bite. Furthermore, the style of enjoying the original blend of fish powder as "one of the ingredients" is unique to Ganja. This is a famous shop from Kawagoe that continues to pursue a flavor that never gets boring even after 10 or 20 years.

Tsukemen Takemoto

Tsukemen Takemoto is a tsukemen specialty shop located in the Yukigaya-Otsuka area of Ota-ku, Tokyo. It features a rich yet mellow flavor characterized by a soup based on the brand chicken "Date Chicken" layered with the umami of seafood, offering a wide range from standard tsukemen to limited editions.

For the limited noodle "Spicy Chicken and Seafood Tsukemen" being introduced this time, the shop's unique chicken and seafood umami is enhanced with homemade spiciness, resulting in a visually vibrant red dipping sauce. While enjoying the spicy kick, this umami-focused bowl allows you to fully appreciate the rich flavor of Date Chicken and the aroma of seafood, not just spiciness.
