JOESTECH Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which develops the air purifier brand "Apolnus," launched a project for its next-generation, filter-free model "One X" on the crowdfunding site "GREEN FUNDING" on June 30, 2026 (Tue). Within 48 hours of its launch, the project surpassed over 500 supporters and a total of 27 million yen in funding.

The reason for such strong support is the "three things" that One X solves.

Eliminates the burden of "continuously replacing filters."

Traditional HEPA filters see their performance degrade with clogging, and replacement filter costs are said to be around 20,000 yen per year.

The One X's iCSTM electrostatic dust collection filter simply needs to be washed with water when it gets dirty. Its performance returns to like-new condition, making the filter cost effectively 0 yen. It also eliminates disposable waste.

You can continue to use it cleanly for a long time without worrying about replacements.

Countermeasures against invisible fine particles such as pollen and PM2.5

Many general HEPA filters capture particles only up to about 0.3μm. The One X is designed to capture particles as small as 0.01μm, about 1/30th the size. It can handle pollen and PM2.5 that are fine enough to pass through a mask.

The coverage area ranges from approximately 10 tatami mats (16m2) up to a maximum of 37 tatami mats (60m2)※. With an operating noise as low as 24dB, it can be used in bedrooms without worry, even during pollen season.

Suppresses "noticeable odors" from cooking and pets.

Hyper-Ion (negative ions) at 1.5 billion/cm3※ attach to odor molecules floating in the air and precipitate them downwards.

Furthermore, in spaces shared with pets, it has been confirmed by third-party testing to remove 98.1%※ of floating pet hair and reduce ammonia odors by 94.7%※.

It demonstrates its effectiveness in situations where cooking odors after meals or pet-specific odors are a concern.
