APOC Announces Business Transfer of Festival DX Service "Matsuri NOW"

APOC Inc. (Headquarters: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shunsuke Saito; hereinafter "APOC") hereby announces that it has transferred its festival digital transformation (DX) service, "Matsuri NOW," to TSUMUGU Inc. (Headquarters: Machida-shi, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kohei Shibuya; hereinafter "TSUMUGU").

We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to the local governments, organizations, and users who have utilized "Matsuri NOW."

Background In a press release dated December 23, 2025 (https://apocc.co.jp/news/251223), we announced that we would be terminating the "Matsuri NOW" service due to various circumstances. Following that announcement, we were contacted by TSUMUGU Inc. regarding the possibility of a business succession. After subsequent discussions, we decided to transfer the business, with the expectation that TSUMUGU will continue and further develop the service.

We sincerely hope that the service will continue to be available to all of you.
