(Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kei Yamazaki), which boasts the No. 1 position in both the number of stores*1 and contracts*2 in the rental housing brokerage business, will implement the second year of its 15-second "50-syllable Dance" project featuring its corporate characters "Bear-kun" and "Hani-chan," and a public participation project "Your Dream 2026," as part of the "100 Dreams" project, in agreement with "April Dream" organized by PR TIMES Inc.
"April Dream" is a project that aims to realize a society overflowing with dreams by having companies and individuals express their dreams on April 1st.

APAMAN Co., Ltd. supports housing searches through its nationwide Apaman Shop network and is working to convey the charm of living in each region. About the 15-second "50-syllable Dance" Project
Corporate characters "Bear-kun" and "Hani-chan" will continuously post 15-second short dance videos on SNS that express the charm of Japan's 47 prefectures with the theme of the 50 Japanese phonetic syllables (gojūon).
By delivering the charm of tourist destinations, local specialties, culture, and daily life in each region through friendly videos, we aim to raise interest in the regions and create opportunities for housing searches.
As the second year of this project, we will continue to disseminate information more consistently than ever before, delivering the charm of the regions nationwide.
About the "Your Dream 2026" Project
"Your Dream 2026" is a participatory project that recruits individual dreams and goals and visualizes them as cherry blossom cards.
The dreams submitted will be handwritten onto "cherry blossom cards" by the secretariat and displayed at the reception on the 19th floor of Marunouchi Trust Tower North, APAMAN Co., Ltd. from Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
We aim for an early full bloom of cherry blossoms with everyone's dreams, so that visitors can also enjoy a space filled with many dreams.
