First in a Series of Saitama Openings: APA Hotel Kumagaya-Ekimae-Kita Opens Today

APA Hotel Corporation, operator of one of Japan's largest hotel chains, held a grand opening ceremony today, June 5 (Fri), for its fifth hotel in Saitama Prefecture, APA Hotel Kumagaya-Ekimae-Kita (245 rooms total).

The hotel is located a 4-minute walk from Kumagaya Station, which serves the Joetsu Shinkansen, JR Takasaki Line, and Chichibu Railway. It features a complimentary public bath, 'Genyo no Yu,' exclusively for guests on the second floor.

Room facilities are designed with the latest 'New Urban Hotel' specifications, offering various room types such as connecting rooms and cozy rooms with sofas. Additionally, it has introduced 1-second check-in machines and 'APA Digital Information (ADI)' supporting five languages, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Two more hotels are scheduled to open in Saitama Prefecture this June, bringing the total in the prefecture to 7 hotels and 1,160 rooms.
