APA Hotel Saitama Ageo Ekimae to open on June 9, 2026, with sales now available through official channels

APA Hotel Co., Ltd., which operates Japan’s largest APA Hotel Network with 1,148 hotels and 148,077 rooms nationwide, including properties under construction, design, overseas hotels, and APA Direct participating hotels, announced that APA Hotel Saitama Ageo Ekimae, currently operating as i Hotel Ageo, will open on June 9, 2026. Sales have already begun through APA Direct, including the official website and APA App. APA Hotel Saitama Ageo Ekimae is located three minutes on foot from Ageo Station on the JR Takasaki Line, with access to JR Omiya Station in about eight minutes. The hotel is expected to serve leisure accommodation demand during events at GMO Arena Saitama, formerly Saitama Super Arena, and the Saitama Prefectural Budokan. It also offers convenient access to major stations in central Tokyo, including Ueno in about 35 minutes, Tokyo in about 40 minutes, and Shinjuku and Shibuya in about 50 minutes. APA Hotel is also preparing multiple openings in Saitama Prefecture in the same month, including APA Hotel Kumagaya Ekimae Kita, with 245 rooms, on June 5, and the directly operated APA Hotel Saitama Shintoshin Eki Nishi, with 389 rooms, on June 18. APA Hotel Saitama Ageo Ekimae will have 126 guest rooms, consisting of 108 single rooms, 14 double rooms, two twin rooms, and two king rooms. Facilities include vending machines, coin-operated laundry, a breakfast venue, and parking for 15 vehicles. Single rooms start from 6,000 yen including tax. APA Group launched its new five-year medium-term plan, AIM5-II, in April 2026. By the end of March 2031, the group aims to reach 100,000 rooms under its own domestic brand alone, while also advancing its hotel platform business, multi-brand strategy, strengthening its North American operations, and exploring its next strategic regions.
