AP Holdings Co., Ltd. announced the opening of 'Uranoyama no Kinoko Kichijoji', a new mushroom hot pot specialty store, on June 4, 2026, in Tokyo. Following its Shibuya and Ebisu locations, this third store features a spatial design inspired by Fujin Street in Taipei, Taiwan. In addition to their popular medicinal and spicy mushroom hot pots, the Kichijoji store offers an exclusive 'Sour Cabbage Mushroom Hot Pot' using about 12 types of rare mushrooms from contracted farmers in Nagano. The store aims to provide a unique dining and cultural experience.
