AP Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Chairman & President: Hisashi Yoneyama), which operates 'Yonpachi Gyojo', will hold a regional fair focusing on fish, shellfish, and ingredients from Kochi, starting Wednesday, May 13th.

The Yonpachi Gyojo regional fair is a limited-time event that spotlights a specific region, carefully selecting and presenting the charm of the area and its ingredients in a unique Yonpachi style. The focus is mainly on fish, shellfish, and sake, but sometimes also includes vegetables, meat, and valuable ingredients that look towards the future of the industry.

Under the banner of 'Directly connected to fishermen,' Yonpachi Gyojo, which has a network with fishing ports and fishermen nationwide, welcomed the [Kuse Daijiki Kumiai] from Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, as a partner the year before last. Please enjoy the rich food culture and seasonal tastes of Kochi Prefecture, led by fresh fish delivered from fishermen with a strong belief in providing customers with 'only fish in the best condition.'
