AP Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman & President: Hisashi Yoneyama) will open a new restaurant, "Yakitori Sakaba Minorido," in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, on the former site of Tsukada Nojo Meitetsu Gifu Ekimae branch. This new establishment will combine carefully selected yakitori with Gifu's food culture. This new business format is a new brand for the company's individual yakitori business.

"Yakitori Sakaba Minorido" is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Meitetsu Gifu Station and a 3-minute walk from JR Gifu Station, making it an easily accessible yakitori izakaya for those returning from work, shopping, or sightseeing.

Our specialty is "yakitori not on skewers" made from domestic young chicken, grilled over charcoal. We also boast "Rich Chicken Paitan Mizutaki" made from carefully simmered chicken bones of young chicken and local chicken, as well as Gifu's local dishes such as "Keichan" and "Pickled Vegetable Steak." We offer a selection of exquisite dishes that fuse the charm of chicken with the local feel of Gifu.

To complement our exquisite cuisine, we offer a selection of drinks, including Hida Beer, carefully crafted by brewers using the blessings of Hida's rich nature, and LeBois from Nagara Natural Wine Brewery, a family-run business in Gifu City for three generations.

The space is designed for those who love Gifu to drop by casually.

It can be used for a quick drink after work, dates, girls' nights, casual dinners, and even banquets for groups.

Signature Menu: [Yakitori Not on Skewers]

Authentic yakitori made with domestic young chicken and grilled over charcoal, but served in a casual style without skewers. Not being on skewers allows the sauce to coat the chicken better, providing a juicy texture characteristic of young chicken. Our "yakitori not on skewers" menu includes Momotare Negima (chicken thigh with sauce and green onion, 858 yen), Bonjiri Tare Sansho (chicken tail with sauce and Japanese pepper, 797 yen), as well as Umatoro Reba Yaki (rich fatty liver grill, 792 yen), and Sunagimo Shioyaki (gizzard salt grill, 880 yen), among other essential yakitori dishes.

Carefully Selected Sake Born from Gifu's Artisans ~ Marriage with Local Beer, Local Wine, and Local Sake

To accompany our proud dishes, we have carefully selected the finest sake created by Gifu's artisans.

Hida local beers (Hida Gold, Hida Yuzu, Hida Ringo), with their eye-catching Sarubobo labels, are recommended as a first drink, having been pursued for their compatibility with yakitori.

For wine, we offer the "Le Bois" series from Nagara Natural Wine Brewery. These light and profound natural wines, brewed with natural yeast, pair perfectly not only with yakitori but also with appetizers like caprese and carpaccio, and even with closing dishes, offering a wide range of pairings.

For Japanese sake, we also offer dry sake with the umami of rice, such as Sansenmori and Hyakujuro. The combination with Gifu flavors like pickled vegetable steak and Hooba Miso Yaki is particularly recommended.

In addition, we offer carefully selected non-alcoholic drinks, such as "Nagara Natural Wine Brewery Natural Grape Juice (red/white)," catering to those who prefer non-alcoholic options.
