Senbonzakura Jukusei Hamakomachi

Connecting to the next generation ~ A bottle for my daughter ~

Mr. Tadashi Yanagita, the fifth-generation master brewer of Yanagita Shuzo, located in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, created this 'Senbonzakura Jukusei Hamakomachi' with the wish that it would be 'a bottle for my daughter who will inherit the brewery in the future.' The raw material used is carefully selected 'Hamakomachi,' a sweet potato variety known for its elegant aroma.

Its greatest feature lies in a unique production method where harvested 'Hamakomachi' sweet potatoes are intentionally stored and aged with soil still attached before brewing.

Upon tasting, a refreshing citrus aroma, along with a sweet and elegant, almost floral, rich fragrance spreads, allowing you to enjoy the depth unique to aged sweet potatoes and a splendid aftertaste.

About Tsukada Nojo

Tsukada Nojo Official Page: https://www.tsukadanojo.jp/

Our main brand, 'Tsukada Nojo,' opened its first store in Hachioji City, Tokyo, in 2007, as an izakaya named after our own poultry farm, 'Tsukada Nojo,' established in the Tsukada region of Miyazaki Prefecture.

We have established a unique sixth-industry business model called 'direct production-to-sales,' which connects producers directly to consumers, reducing intermediate costs. Through our unique network with production areas and producers, we offer high-end local chicken at affordable prices in familiar izakayas. We also actively develop menus that utilize ingredients that would be considered off-spec in general distribution due to size or color, bringing out new appeal and value, and are committed to solving various challenges in the food industry. We will continue to convey the unique deliciousness of 'Tsukada Nojo' to the world together with producers.

With the mission of 'pursuing the ideal form of food,' we operate over 40 brands of diverse restaurants both domestically and internationally, including izakaya formats like Tsukada Nojo, as well as specialized formats such as Shijuhachi Gyojo, Shibaura Meat, sushi, yakitori, hot pot, and shabu-shabu.

In addition to restaurants, we also operate 'Tsukada Nojo Plus,' a prepared food business, and poultry and fresh fish processing and distribution businesses.

In the world of the 'food industry' surrounding producers, sellers, and consumers, we aim for [ALL-WIN] for everyone involved.
