Connecting to the Next Generation ~A Bottle for My Daughter~
Tadashi Yanagita, the 5th generation master brewer of Yanagita Shuzo located in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, created this "Senbonzakura Jukusei Hamakomachi" with the hope that it will be "a bottle for my daughter who will inherit the brewery in the future." The ingredients are strictly selected from the highly aromatic sweet potato variety "Hamakomachi."
Its greatest feature lies in the unique manufacturing method in which the harvested "Hamakomachi" is intentionally stored and aged with the soil still attached before being prepared.
When you take a sip, in addition to a refreshing citrus aroma, a sweet, gorgeous, flower-like rich scent spreads, allowing you to enjoy the deep flavor unique to aged sweet potatoes and a glamorous lingering finish.
