AOZORA COMPANY (Headquarters: Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture; CEO: Takumi Takahashi) is pleased to announce the establishment of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) system based in Vietnam. The objective is to enhance the efficiency and sophistication of its accounting and human resources operations.

Through this initiative, we will optimize domestic operations and achieve sustainable business expansion by leveraging exceptional overseas talent.

### Background

In recent years, the burden on back-office operations in the used car sales industry has surged due to multi-store expansion and the sophistication of financial functions (in-house loans).

In our company as well, challenges such as the increasing complexity of debt management recruitment and labor management associated with multi-location in-house loan operations had become apparent.

To resolve these issues, we decided to introduce overseas BPO.

### Details of the Initiative

Under this initiative, the following operations will be primarily outsourced to the Vietnam BPO:

- Accounting operations (data entry, journal entry processing, report management)
- HR and labor operations (attendance management, document preparation)

Furthermore, the operations are not merely outsourced. We have thoroughly ensured quality by designing operations based on collaboration with the Japanese side.

### Features

1. Hybrid system of overseas talent x domestic management
While utilizing talented overseas human resources, we maintain thorough quality control within Japan.

2. Productivity maximization rather than cost optimization
The goal is not just cost reduction, but creating time for frontline staff to generate revenue.

3. Scalable model that is expandable
We have built a system where personnel can be flexibly adjusted in response to business expansion.

### Future Outlook

Moving forward, based on this BPO system, we aim to advance the sophistication of debt management, automate operations through AI integration, and integrate back-offices across all national locations. Our goal is to evolve from a 'company where the frontline sells' to a 'company that grows through systems.'

### CEO Comment

CEO Takumi Takahashi:
'The introduction of this BPO is not just simple outsourcing, but an important investment in creating our company's growth foundation. By creating an environment where the frontline can concentrate on customer support, we will build a system that can provide value to even more customers.'
