Aozora Care Group / ACG Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture; Representative: Kosuke Omure), which operates a wide range of nursing care, disability welfare, and elderly support businesses, will hold its 2026 fiscal year entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

We are welcoming five new graduates, including those joining group companies, as our new colleagues.

For the past 10 years, our company has been a pioneer in promoting DX in nursing care operations. We support the introduction of generative AI in nursing care settings, design automation for tasks, and foster 'capable human resources' to boost DX across the entire nursing care industry. We were among the first to introduce generative AI tools tailored to nursing care sites, enabling the automatic creation of care records, streamlining reporting and communication, and facilitating information sharing among staff. Last October, we formed a strategic partnership with Horiemon AI School Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kenjiro Araki) to open the 'Horiemon AI School Nursing Care Branch,' a franchise school specializing in the nursing care industry.

Since our establishment, we have been continuously breaking records for sales and profit, reaching an annual turnover of 3.4 billion yen (FY2025 results). As of the end of February 2025, the number of employees reached 757 (an increase of 54 from the previous year), and our organization is expanding in line with our business growth.

The foundation of this growth is 'people,' and we are strengthening recruitment, training, and retention as a unified effort. We are particularly focusing on recruiting IT talent with science backgrounds. This year's graduates come from the University of Nagasaki, Osaka University Graduate School (foreign national), Fukuoka University Graduate School, Hiroshima Institute of Technology Graduate School, and Soka University. We also hired five new graduates last year.

Furthermore, we received the 'Kagoshima Governor's Award for Excellent Companies Accepting Foreign Human Resources' last year for our efforts in accepting foreign talent and creating a welcoming workplace.
