The inspiration for this project came from considering how to support business people who struggle with the inconvenience of carrying two bags – one for business and one for Oshi-katsu – or worry about their merchandise being visible during their commute. We focused on the extremely simple specification of flipping the detachable part inside out, allowing for an instant switch from business person to fan. By applying water-repellent processing to the entire backpack, it offers complete protection not only for daily commutes but also from rain during outdoor live events where weather can change rapidly.
