'Ichigo Gori' is a cool dessert where you can enjoy a fluffy texture created by slicing frozen strawberries with a dedicated machine, along with the natural taste of the ingredients. Instead of condensed milk, which is often paired with strawberries, it is topped with a mildly sweet whipped cream, creating a new sensation where the light, melting texture blends perfectly with the strawberries. It is a perfect dish for going out during the Golden Week holidays when temperatures rise, or for a refreshing moment in early summer.
