A Bookstore Featuring the Scent of "Marugoto Kajitsu Strawberry" Appears! Aohata Collaborates with Bookstores to Commemorate the Launch of its First Book "Is this 'jam' or not?"

Aohata Corporation (Headquarters: Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Toshiya Ueda, hereinafter Aohata) launched its first recipe book, "Is this 'jam' or not?", on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, which re-proposes ways to use jam. In conjunction with the book's release, various collaborations are planned at bookstores nationwide from spring to summer.

The first phase, starting on Friday, April 24, will involve collaborations with five stores: Junkudo Ikebukuro Main Store, Junkudo Kichijoji Store, MARUZEN & Junkudo Umeda Store, Junkudo Hiroshima Ekimae Store, and Maruzen Hiroshima Store. Diffusers emitting the scent of "Aohata Marugoto Kajitsu Strawberry" will be placed in these stores, inviting visitors to the world of "Is this 'jam' or not?".

In addition, a special panel corner showcasing examples of featured dishes will be set up at Umeda Tsutaya Books and Kyobunkan (Ginza), and a talk event with food supervisor Mami Imai is also being planned. Details of further bookstore collaborations will be announced sequentially on social media and other platforms.

At the five Maruzen Junkudo bookstores, along with the installation of diffusers subtly spreading the scent of "Marugoto Kajitsu Strawberry," customers who purchase a paperback book will receive an original book cover featuring the "Marugoto Kajitsu Strawberry" design.

[Aohata Special Exhibition Booth Period] From Friday, April 24, for approximately two weeks. *Distribution of book covers will end once supplies run out.
