Aoba-BBT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Iwao Shibata; hereinafter 'Aoba-BBT') will host a free seminar titled 'The Job of a Manager is Simple, Yet Difficult' on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

The speaker is Kunihiko Yogo (Professor at BBT Graduate School and Director of the Business Incubation Center), who has led diverse management roles as former Vice President and Co-CEO of Hikari TV, Executive Officer and Managing Director at the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan, and Chairman and CEO of Kanebo Cosmetics. The event will be held simultaneously at a physical venue (Aoba-BBT Rokubancho Office) and online via Zoom.

Professor, BBT Graduate School / Director, Business Incubation Center

Former Vice President and Co-CEO of Hikari TV, Executive Officer and Managing Director at the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan, and Chairman and CEO of Kanebo Cosmetics.

Served as Special Advisor to the Osaka Prefecture-City Integration Headquarters (Governor Matsui and Mayor Hashimoto), guiding the privatization of public enterprises such as Osaka Municipal Subway. Currently teaches 'Corporate Revitalization Theory' and 'Business Idea Workshop' at BBT Graduate School. Also serves as a lecturer for Vision & Values training at the BBT Management School and as a discussion partner on AirCampus. Director at Kamakura Shobo Co., Ltd.

Tatsuhiko Masamoto

Vice President, Aoba-BBT Co., Ltd.

Worked at a major general trading company, primarily in forestry and wood processing operations in Oceania. Gained management experience in overseas operations during approximately four years of overseas assignment.

After joining Aoba-BBT, served as Head of Programming and Production, involved in planning and production of all content. Also serves as a seminar lecturer for participants in the management school. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Keio University.
