■ Background of the Launch

The primary role of managers and planning staff is decision-making and judgment. However, in reality, their time is often consumed by hands-on tasks such as data organization, Excel aggregation, document creation, emails, and daily reports, pushing thinking and judgment time aside.

The generative AI 'Claude' is not just a tool for answering questions; it can be utilized as a 'practical executor' that, when instructed, can aggregate Excel data, generate documents, and draft email replies. This training aims to enable non-engineers with no programming experience to master Claude Code as a business executor and learn to automate repetitive tasks in one day.

Participants will learn by doing, using real-world data directly applicable to their work, from integrating and aggregating disparate Excel files to automatically generating proposal documents, delegating routine tasks across multiple tools via MCP integration, and implementing scheduled execution with Cowork. The training is designed with a 3:7 input-to-practice ratio, allowing participants to take home an operational design for automating tasks starting the next day.
