## Background of the Event
This dialogue is one of the main initiatives of the "Anniversary Project ~Life-time Empowerment in Invisible Continent~" that the Aoba-BBT Group is developing from 2025 to 2027.
Centered around 2026, multiple educational institutions within our group, including Attacker's Business School (ABS, established in 1996, celebrating its 30th anniversary), Business Breakthrough University, and its graduate school, will reach significant milestones. We view this period not merely as a passing point, but as a starting point for creating new value towards the "next 50 or 100 years."
Through this project, we will demonstrate the "power of learning to change society" through the challenges undertaken by alumni who have graduated from the group's educational institutions, including ABS. As the first step, we will hold a dialogue between Tomohiro Ikeda, a serial entrepreneur and ABS alumnus, and our representative, Iwao Shibata.
Our guest for this event is Mr. Tomohiro Ikeda, Representative Director and CEO of Workstyle Evolution Inc.
Mr. Ikeda attended ABS in 2007, and his learning there became the starting point for his path as a serial entrepreneur. After graduating from Waseda University, he became independent in 2013. He developed Japan's first remote UX research service and established a fully remote organizational operation even before the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2018, he received the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Top 100 Telework Pioneers" award.
Since then, he has founded a total of 9 companies and experienced 4 M&A (Exits). He has repeatedly nurtured and sold businesses, moving on to the next challenge, based on the belief that "as an entrepreneur, it's impossible not to ride the wave." With the advent of ChatGPT, he quickly ventured into the business application of generative AI.
Currently, he shares essential know-how for the AI agent era and methods for utilizing the latest AI tools from his unique business perspective on his AI-focused YouTube channel "Iketomo ch" (over 200,000 subscribers). He also provides AI implementation support and training to over 100 companies. His book is titled 'C
