ABS will lead the planning and operation on the Japanese side, while CTBC will be responsible for dispatching Taiwanese students and co-designing the program. Approximately 19 working students from Taiwan and up to 10 from Japan will participate. Starting with a corporate visit to Hatch Work Co., Ltd. (Securities Code: 148A), a Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market listed company founded by an ABS alumnus, the participants will conduct field research, problem analysis, and business proposals over the three days.

■ Purpose of the Project
ABS, an entrepreneur training program founded by Kenichi Ohmae, has produced many entrepreneurs and business leaders. This program is the first initiative to deploy ABS's educational assets into an international co-creation space.
Leveraging the ABS alumni network, the program set Hatch Work Co., Ltd., a TSE Growth listed company founded by alumnus Hiroshi Otake, as the visiting destination. For the alumni company, multifaceted business proposals from working students from both Japan and Taiwan will provide new business insights, and for ABS, it will lead to strengthening post-graduation relationships and enhancing community value. As a circular mechanism connecting education and practice, this initiative serves as a source of long-term competitive advantage for ABS.

■ Business Significance for Aoba-BBT
1. Building a model for international cooperation in the education business
BBT's online content is already utilized as teaching materials in CTBC's practical programs, and the two schools already have an educational partnership. Through this program, the partnership will deepen beyond content provision into 'joint program management,' establishing a foundation for business expansion in the Asian MBA market.
2. Commercializing the ABS alumni network
By visiting Hatch Work Co., Ltd., run by an ABS alumnus, the alumni community functions as a practical field for educational programs. The circular model of education -> entrepreneurship -> educational return strengthens ABS's uniqueness and is expected to have spillover effects on student recruitment and corporate training businesses.
3. Potential to develop into ongoing international programs
Starting with this inaugural event, we are looking toward implementing regular joint programs between Japan and Taiwan and expanding partnerships with other educational institutions in the Asian region. Rather than a one-off event, this initiative represents a strategic step toward expanding Aoba-BBT's international educational network and brand presence.
