As an early implementation case, the U.S. skincare brand Advanced Clinicals is using the platform in Japan. The brand had difficulty understanding which regions and stores were seeing sales impact from online initiatives, including social media promotions. With AnyAI OMO, the brand compared TikTok view trends, shipment volumes through e-commerce channels, and wholesale delivery records to physical stores over time. The analysis confirmed that online buzz generated named purchases in stores and contributed to physical retail sales, with total sales across target stores increasing by approximately 1.5 times month over month. AI Agents also automatically detect spillover effects and propose actions: when social media buzz is detected, the AI immediately analyzes stores with growing sales and generates recommendations for inventory securing and shelf expansion.
