Background
The food service industry is strengthening its in-house delivery systems amid growing demand for delivery. However, when operating their own delivery services, stores have been required to handle not only cooking and handover but also delivery management, inquiry responses, and coordination during issues. These tasks have often burdened store operations, especially during peak hours. This initiative aims to reduce the operational burden on stores and build a more sustainable delivery operation system by consolidating delivery and customer support with AnyCarry.
Furthermore, stable delivery becomes possible by utilizing AnyCarry's unique nationwide delivery network spanning all 47 prefectures, which involves numerous businesses across various industries integrated with the system, to secure the necessary delivery resources to respond to demand fluctuations.
Future Development
AnyCarry will continue to support the delivery operations of food service businesses through the DX of last-mile logistics. We will strive to improve operational quality and provide stable services, aiming to build a sustainable delivery system for food service delivery.
