AnyCarry Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Hidenobu Kozaki) has begun the full-scale operation of its delivery system for the redistribution of prepared meals through its collaboration with the "Kanshoku Project," operated by Saiai no Shokutaku General Incorporated Association (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Miwako Kashikura). By entrusting AnyCarry with the delivery tasks previously handled by administrative staff and volunteers, a safe food management system and specialized operations utilizing a delivery management system have been established. Following a demonstration period from November 2025, full-scale operations commenced in March 2026.

Overview of the Initiative The "Kanshoku Project" collects prepared surplus food generated from corporate cafeterias and hotel buffets and provides it free of charge to regional children's cafeterias, support groups for those in need, and other organizations. In this project, AnyCarry is responsible for the delivery operations, supporting improvements in safety and operational efficiency by establishing delivery operations suitable for prepared foods and visualizing location information to track delivery status. ■ Operational System Required for Project Expansion For the Kanshoku Project to expand from the Kanto region to Kansai and then nationwide in the future, it was necessary to establish an operational system that could handle the specific characteristics of prepared foods. (1) Specialized Operations for Prepared Foods A system was needed that could stably perform operations different from general deliveries, such as time management after preparation, handover procedures, and hygiene rules. (2) Unified Operations for Nationwide Expansion A mechanism was required that could operate based on common rules, rather than having different delivery systems for each region. (3) Delivery Model Satisfying Temperature Control, Immediacy, and Route Delivery Simultaneously In addition to quality control specific to prepared foods, a system was needed that could balance efficient route delivery to multiple locations with immediacy (delivery quality).

Solutions Provided by AnyCarry AnyCarry has built a delivery scheme that simultaneously meets the required operational system by leveraging its expertise accumulated from food delivery operations and its proprietary delivery management system "ADMS (anyCarry Delivery Management System)."
