July brings consistently high temperatures and humidity, making it a period when people often experience fatigue even before the peak of summer. Many also suffer from reduced appetite and tiredness due to the heat.

Aligned with our corporate mission of "empowering the strength of people across Japan and the world through food," we developed the "Oroshi Ponzu Stamina Yakiniku Combo Don" to help customers build stamina before the full arrival of summer.

This limited-time stamina bowl combines beef harami and pork belly grilled in our original stamina yakiniku sauce, then topped with grated daikon and oyster-infused ponzu, delivering both satisfying flavor and easy eatability. It's rich and deeply savory, yet refreshingly light on the palate.

This yakiniku donburi features beef harami and pork belly stir-fried with our signature stamina yakiniku sauce and long onions, served over a large bed of rice, with a total weight exceeding 500g. The "Stamina Yakiniku Sauce" is a special blend based on our original yakiniku sauce, enhanced with our secret garlic soy sauce used in Sutadonya bowls. Finished with coarsely grated daikon and oyster-based ponzu, this dish delivers a rich, garlicky umami flavor followed by a crisp, refreshing aftertaste.

For customers who prefer to enjoy rice and side dishes separately, we offer a set meal version. For lighter appetites, we offer "Hachibu-me" (approx. two-thirds the size of the regular "Moto-sara" portion). For those seeking extra volume, we also offer "Niku W-Sara," featuring double the meat of the regular portion.

About "Densetsu no Sutadonya"

"Sutadon" is a hearty, high-volume rice bowl featuring juicy, tender pork belly that has been lightly fried at low temperature to remove excess fat while locking in flavor, then stir-fried at high heat with a "secret garlic soy sauce" using expert wok techniques, and served over a large portion of rice—equivalent to about three rice bowls even in the regular size. Originating as a staff meal created through trial and error by the founder of a ramen shop in the Tama region in 1971, who wanted to serve young people delicious, affordable meals in generous portions.
