Announcement of Club Partner Agreement with Asuene Corporation

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a club partner agreement with Asuene Corporation (Founder, Representative Director and CEO: Kohei Nishiwada, hereinafter referred to as "Asuene").

Moving forward, to realize the sustainable future envisioned by both companies, we will first promote initiatives focused on concrete actions against climate change (decarbonization actions), which are central to the "Sport Positive Leagues" that the J.League participates in.

To support companies in their decarbonization and ESG management in an integrated manner, they provide the sustainability AI platform "ASUENE," which is No. 1 in visualizing CO2 emissions, along with specialized consulting services on a one-stop basis.

Kashima Antlers has not only pursued decarbonization of its own facilities through the introduction of solar power generation systems at its clubhouse and the construction of a local production and consumption model for energy, but has also promoted practical initiatives to enhance the sustainability of the entire local community through the passion of sports, such as reducing emissions during travel in cooperation with stadium visitors and reducing plastic waste. With this agreement, we will further actively embody the "visualization and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions" that Asuene supports with AI and high expertise, in the field of professional sports clubs.

The conclusion of this club partner agreement was driven by a strong shared aspiration to accelerate sustainability through the power of technology and sports and "deliver a better world to the next generation," a sentiment deeply shared by Asuene, which tackles challenges for the realization of a decarbonized society, and Antlers, which strives to create new environmental value through sports.
